About the game:
Knowledge Knockout is a multiplayer quiz battle for mobile phones that can transfer knowledge to employees in all layers of an organisation. The game tracks the player’s level of knowledge and shows this within the personal progression screen. It also uses a leaderboard to present an overview of the top-ranked employees.

Specialised analytics dashboards offer the client accessible, visible and insightful real-time data on different aspects of the knowledge and engagement level of the company’s employees. &ranj can analyse this data together with the client to gain new insights and devise a strategy to define interventions and plan follow-up actions.

Results have shown that each employee plays on average 22 battles voluntarily each month, resulting in over 2.5 hours of playing time. During this time the knowledge level of employees increased by 35% on average!

Adjustability
In order to make this game successful, good and varied content is essential. Since the clients know best what employees should know, they are in control of the content of the quiz questions using a easy-to-use CMS. The interface of the game can also be tailored to any organisation. This way the client can ensure that the look and feel of the game is in line with the visual identity of their organisation.
